    These one week extensions are a bit weird, especially given words used 'negotiations continuing'.... one would think getting papers approved by a board for a company as big as Amgen would be problematic, timing wise. With so many moving parts, I'm not sure much can be accomplished in a week.... other than triple checking numbers and dates...
