Organised manipulation illegal or not is what is being discussed here. It has been mentioned for ages now and although it can't be proved / disproved or verified it has certainly happened over the last 12 months.
Why - you ask? How - you ask?
To many significant individuals with huge vested interests are protecting their investments. I have been told by a reliable source that even Tolga tried to short Triton to the tune of 1 million shares from his own deep pockets!!
If this is true then it tells me 2 important things -
1) Triton are progressing well and are making huge strides.
2) The competition are very scared and stemming from the top will continue to do everything possible to hamper progress where possible. Be it shorting, high frequency trading, HC spamming, biased reports, chest beating etc etc.
However this aside Triton still have the same amount of graphite and vanadium in the ground - and by the way it is the largest deposit on the planet. They also have 12 million AUS dollars in the bank and so the current SP although important isn't essentially company breaking for the short term. They are also very shortly drilling on a new patch of land to potentially add a very high grade, large flake product with known special properties to the table. Once proved the Ancuabe project not only has 100,000 tonnes confirmed off-take it also has confirmed JV value adding manufacturing companies to make high tech products already selling in the market place. This was estimated to be up to 150,000 more tonnes of graphite. This requirement of 250,000 tonnes from Ancuabe added to the NH anode material growing in demand by recent news shows just how important Triton can potentially be.
Triton has started to strengthened its board and institutional support is being sort with more experienced staff currently.
Drill results, dfs, licence, funding, upgraded JORC, JV project development, Strategic partner discussions are all expected to happen over the next 5 and half months. That's 5 and a half months people!
Still not quick enough for some no doubt but make no mistake Triton although depicted as always in someone else's shadow has well and truly stood up to be recognised.
