First things first, marry the gf in any scenario. All of your scenario's suggest you think this is the one. In that case, as great as it is being a Lynashead- being a husband is better. Life must be shared IMO.
Now as to a negative IAEA report, I rank the chances at zero (certainly less than one percent). There are no warning signs or talks of government delays. We are too close to the end to believe a collapse will occur out of the blue. If such were possible, some posturing by politicians would already be afoot IMO.
As for selling, well if you want to sell some that is always a personal choice. I am adding and like the week's news and trading action.
Scenario 3 will happen. I think you'll be a great millionaire engineer. You'll be surprised how little money changes, but that is a good thing. And yes, you're darn right our paths will cross in Sydney someday soon my friend.
