most of the time it isnt about realistic valuations for the market, its more along the lines of technicals and impulse moves which many times will overshoot realistic valuations. With that said i believe $4.00 is quite possible if there is an impulse move or if and when dividends are issued for lyc.
I have a personal first target for lyc of 3.20.
