Relax TraderV, When it comes to risk you have to say "What is the worst thing that can happen and can I tolerate that happening". I reckon the worst case scenario is we get kicked out of Malaysia (a 1% chance), we are forced to relocate and the SP goes to $1.00. We have the capital and the know how and the long lead time parts are on order. We then take an additional 18 months to get to the $4 party. I reckon that is the worst case. Can you tolerate that? Of course you can.
The more probable outcome is a few adjustments a short delay (probably 3 to 6 months) and we are home and hosed. So the best thing you can do is stop looking. Just let me do the worrying and panicking for you.
The real risk takers are those that are heavily geared. Those guys need to watch and worry and know when to get out. They are the gamblers and good luck to them. Some will win and say risk is good but some will lose and say risk is bad.
