Main question was about the purchase of a company by fintronics, which was flagged about 2 months ago by fintronics.
Chairman stated that all was going well until very late in the due diligence, which means they could close the deal in the expected time. They were very confident that the deal is going to go ahead but at better pruchase price the company that are buying is in the same industry and obvisously. China related.?
The other question again was Fintronics related and was about the ownership structure of fintronics, Chairman said CUS are the biggest holder at around 29% the CEO has around 15% and the rest is open.
A question about divendends was asked and quickly put to bed with a an answer that went like this, when we are profitable we will pay divs. As the chairman is a significant holder of stock and options he said he is very interested in becoming profitable and quickly.
Another about the financial report which was answered by CFO.
Everthing else was pretty relaxed until remuneration of GM was on the table then she got a bit firery, 2 guys got stuck into Chairman about what performance hurdles GM has to get his shares, Chairman refused to answer questions calling in the old Commercial in Confidence defence. this didn't go down well. In the lift on the way down i took a quick survey and most people thought an answer to that question would have been helpful.
