    I think Vayama has hit something here. I have just been reading the post "comparing aus house prices to other countries" in that post referring to Business Spectator, Warnie notes that in the US they pay Capital Gains on Owner Occupied properties. Isn't then a stimulus for the market that's so badly damaged simply to remove CGT on OOcc properties and provide incentives in a similar way to the FHOG here in Aus?
