Yeh I've been reasonably confident before on a bottom but that was blown away. It's just not traded enough for what I look at.

Sort of leaves announcements as the driver and the silence is getting deafening. The PASS is either included in the current contract or it's treated separate. I'm not sure. But they've been digging for a while now so you'd think that they would have their PASS arrangements in place by now or very soon. Or maybe they do and the market is reflecting that. Hard to say without any updates.
