Have you conducted your analysis using 0.1 bar and if so, what are the results? If you haven't, why not?
What you have done here is to concede you cannot fault the work I did. However you want to know if the work extends to different pressure levels.
The answer to that is NO I have not. The reason is that other factors are involved that I cannot explain. Just throwing this out there. Earths Magnetic Field density change with altitude. Perhaps Optical Density is not a linear event with pressure levels so perhaps it has something to do with that. It is actually my next challenge.
FYI I indirectly answered this as I was thinking of posting about the pressure levels. My fifth sentence in the OP.
