Today I sent my two remaining schoolkids to school with notes informing the school that from 3pm they will be withdrawn until after the Easter holidays. I also told the schools they should be shut as today it's clear that the virus is spreading everywhere. My kids have told me that about 30% of students were missing yesterday and I expect that number to grow rapidly. Both the LNP PM and the ALP Qld Premier are telling us that it is OK for kids to attend school but not OK for them to go to the beach for a swim. It's OK for them to travel to school on a crowded bus but when at school they must keep 2 metres apart. Well F-me with that sort of logic from our leaders I know the country is stuffed.
