It may not look like it but TMR has IBR in the pocket.
There are plenty of tricks in the corporate world to either pressure the last few big holders to convert or to go about this process thru other means.
TMR has now total control over IBR. IBR can issue new shares to fund the mine development and give TMR first right of purchase to push them over the 90%.
Its all so easy and all above board.
It will be full steam ahead for TMR and lots of upside on the way.
