Kevin Rudd is unique in his attributes. I have never witnessed an individual with his capacity for spin & self delusion. You just have to look at his track record as PM - everything he touches turns to sludge. His capacity to disown & walk away from disasters of his own making is utterly without peer. Meanwhile he just moves onto the next grand narrative. It amazes me how he can do that.
