that’s right what would you know ??, the problem with the 249D failing badly was the directors now know they are protected in what they do, you say they know that there is enough shares to block any future transactions, are you serious as if that was the case then the 249D would have been successful, the amount of misinformation coming into these threads is quite embarrassing for the posters, best you go read all my thoughts on FFX as far back as the thoughts prior to the “deal if the century”
