Not as exciting as LYC I know,the fact is it's the excitement shown by the HC community that has me back posting again. NAB, best value of the banks and I have just re rated from accum to strong buy.In simple terms, balance sheet looks a lot better and has factored in weakness in UK business to near zero value, risk to dividend yield is near zero,strongest yield of majors,I have just finished my comparable market analysis(about 10 days late,but was waiting on a few things) and have a suggestive range of $26.40 - $27.10. Based on fundamental trends NAB is under the odds and I expect appreciation in the new year. Like I said not as exciting as most HC topics, but it's a medium term play that will actually crystalize into profit with extremely low risk. Good luck to all.
