So basically RAC is giving value and time to the Retail holders, instead of it just always being the Brokers and Institutional holders that had that backdoor access.
Additionally people can get daily interaction with the companies designated contact point... instead of calling up and waiting days to speak to the "big wigs" who really have more valuable company building tasks to attend to.
Although I have seen some ASX companies abuse the spokesperson setup on Hotcopper (being absent for most of the time and just appearing to froth shit up prior to Capraises or directors selling).
RAC is regularly visible, and answers all questions, not just the hype ones.
