    a good businessman doesn't just sit back and wait for an agreement like the Martu agreement to be signed.

    Ruane should be pressuring them by giving them deadlines, constantly contacting them,asking for an update and reiterating the pro's of the deal.

    Instead Ruane says, "it's in the hands of Martu. We can't do anything". Bad and lazy business.
