No way! Tell me which bank pays interest if a credit card is in credit? and what interest rate would they use?
I have always put my credit card in credit before I travel overseas and I have NEVER received interest. I remeber in the early days the bank tried to charge me on a credi balnce and explained it was a computer error because their system was not set up for this situation.
(for the sake of discussion a credit card is in credit when it owes the user, not the bank, money)
