I agree with Skitzo - out of the frying pan, in to the fire. The issue is people, or lack of good ones. I am not convinced this one will happen, good strategy but lacks the right people. For example, gas commercialisation requires gas marketing skills, DLS adds nothing. Nine directors, only two or three workers!! GOG does not gain much from DLS, key shareholders such as Beach may decide to hold out for GOG drilling results.
