Good post! In my opinion - to more accurately reflect their real philosophies- the statement should be edited to read as follows;

The Company is committed to attain the lowest standard of Corporate Governance.
It fails to recognises that the Board is accountable to all the Stockholders for good governance.
The philosophy of the Company in relation to Corporate Governance is to ensure no transparency whatsoever in all its operations, make lack of disclosure and strip shareholders value by demonstarting utter contempt and blatant disregard to all relevant laws and regulations.
