I have now lodged a formal complaint with ASIC to their NSW office in regard to the validity of proxies and the directors of the company being in breach of the Corporations Act in declaring the proxies invalid.
It is estimated a reply could take up to 28 days and longer if external enquires need to made.
This will show the directors that shareholders are no pushover no matter how big or small we are.
I have now lodged a formal complaint with ASIC to their NSW...
