MANDILLA MINE
• Mining of high grade palaeochannel mineralisation continued at Mandilla with 20,000 tonnes of ore
scheduled for processing in February 2007.
• Drilling at East Mandilla extends lodes in the granite basement beneath the palaeochannel
mineralisation and returns intersections of 6m @ 6.96g/t Au, 5m @ 7.73g/t Au and 3m @
20.6g/t Au
• First gold production from Mandilla has exceeded expectations with 4,755 oz gold produced.
Actual gold production was 51% higher than predicted from the Reserve Model.
KOONGIE PRE-DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
• Metallurgical test holes at the Sandiego Deposit return intersections of:
41.6m @ 10.89% Zn
6.2m @ 2.14% Cu, 462g/t Ag
29m @ 0.6% Cu, 621ppm Co
• Initial metallurgical test holes at the Onedin Deposit return intersections of:

CORPORATE
• Exploration expenditure totalled $694,155.
• $A3.69 million was banked in October 2006 from Gold Sales relating to the mining activities in
the September Quarter.
• $A375,000 was banked in October 2006 from the conversion of 7,500,000 options at 5c a share.
