pretty much all gold coast, my wife works in Helensvale and looks after Monteray Quays, Riverlinks, Helensvale Hope Island.
I had seen an accountant who is renting at Burliegh and the house there has ben on the market since march, no one turned up to the open house for the past 6 weeks.
Hope this gives you all more of an insight up here on the Coast.
