Yes thanks for responding. Your words make me see opportunity. I have been wondering where to find distressed sellers and it looks like there is opportunity there.
Long term, SE QLD is gold, especially in 10 years time as we peak with boomer retirements.
If the trend you have described holds for a while then opportunity awaits.
