interesting where commbank gets its prices from...........not some govt dept..............but from its actual loan dept for purchase of existing and new homes.........of course they are median values..........but its very different to the rubbish coming from all media and economists and hc posters......
and ANZ amazing ann on 3.7.08 about booming prices coming.......they probably gleaned it from their own sources too
