I admit to being intrigued by what you have said. Are you saying the whole office has not sold a single property in 3 months? That is extraordinary.
Setting aside property around Australia, I am more interested in what you have said about the Gold Coast.
Can you be more a little more specific and say which areas of the Gold Coast have had no sales for 3 months (at least for that one office)?
I'm thinking there is opportunity in what you have said.
