Hi guys, its been sooo long since Ive been here, does anyone remember me?
So many new faces. thought Id post just for fun.
The USA property market has been falling for 2 years and is still in decline. Ours has been falling for 8 mths. The aussie housing market will eventually stop falling, then plateau, and once again have a future.
trying to speculate as to when that rise will happen is pointless. When it starts rising, we will all know about it and jump in. Why would you invest now, while the market is still falling?
