nine lives-to my knowledge placements are usually made at some discount to 5 day VWAP[$ transacted divided by Volume=Volume Weighted Average Price VWAP]

So the possible/usual action is that the SP goes UP[made/encouraged to go Up] for the 5 days prior to the Placement.Best price "manipulating",maybe?
This is not the current scenario for CVI,agreed?

so CVI is just swinging around at the moment but not swinging the way I planned for so I'm out til I see some encouraging signals from ONLY price action on Volume ie the CHART.

I'm not saying that the long term prospects of CVI are "murky".Frankly I don't care about anything except holding a share that is in profit to me.CVI dropped under my 13centish break even with signals,so I ditched at 12.
So what?Gotta problem?Think I'm a "dweeb"?
