I could be wrong here Claudes, but I think what Praia is saying is that IG will get the same price per share as all shareholders.

It is in our advantage that H buy up to 20% cheaply at the going market rate as then they can then make an offer for the remaining 80% at the price that IG wants. And just a guess would be that IG wants the maximum possible price for his shares. If people want to sell now that is their problem.
