    Moseley, in reply to your last question I guess it is advantageous if HG buys the first 20% more cheaply because it means they have more left in the kitty.
    However these negotiations may be a little akin to buying a house. Often a party will only pay what they want to pay regardless of the logic of it or the ability to pay.

    This is a fascinating situation. One thing is clear as other posters have said -the current stand off is surely unacceptable to both parties so they have to move forward.
