re: i have some good news.... rewlin Buy side has improved considerably. Sellers had all day to take out 300k shares at 53c. Seems as though the selling to raise cash to exercise options as noted in previous posts is over.
A few things to keep in mind here as the tension builds. Intevia and TZL has received a massive amount of "free publicity" in this sale process. All interested parties and investment banks tied to these bidders will know Intevia in depth.
If TZL buy TFS its fantastic news. If another party buys TFS, there is a good chance all this "free publicity" may result in action TZLs way. Another great result. Afterall, TZL was always intended to list on the NASDAQ even before TXT decided to sell TFS.
As more families of fasteners come online, interest from software houses and chip makers will rise.
All exiting stuff and best of all a real company with real potential. Not just some ramped up wannabe.
