has anyone considered this being a plan b/insurance type raise. If we miss this, we have cash in the bank to go after another project or the conventional.
same thing happened before we drilled in morocco and Dave wall took over in TPT, We have reason to invest now making this CR easier then afterwards if had of we missed...
