Quick Question, Re Loyalty Options.
Are these specific to holders as at a specific date, I assume they might be?
May well look like a dumb question, but in the UK the nearest analogy is / would / might be/ a 'Rights Issue', ie, all current holders as at a specified date, have the chance to buy additional shares at a discount.
