Totally agree around ASIC. They are about as useful as something on a bull.
I have said before that the guys that work at ASIC are your typical government types (no ofence to anyone) they come in a 9 go home at 5.
Also they don't get paid as much as private sector so you are not going to get top quality talent. The clowns working there are not renowned for their prowess in any occupation (willing to be corrected if anyone can)
Their track record is also an absolute disgrace.
Already voted no to MR's special deal. Unfortunetly I don't even own 100,000 shares so my votes won't do a hell of a lot of good.
You would think the insto's however should vote no as it will dilute their holdings more as well by allowing his placement.
