I still can't see how legally certain shareholders can be treated differently. As far as I am aware he owns ordinary fully paid securities like the rest of us.
He should only be entitled to a pro rate issue the same as everyone else.
I am going to ask my local MP to speak to Sherry,Bowen or ASIC about it, although unfortunetly my local MP is Liberal so don't think he will get anywhere with it
