I also voted no to resolution 2 (and yes to 1 and 3). If enough of us vote that way, MR won't get his special treatment. He of course can't vote. The key might be the governance advisers that a number of instos follow, like RiskMetrics. If they recommend a no vote to resolution 2, it will probably fail as it will add a few instos to our retail votes.
