Hairy, how do you know the options won't be in the money?
I'd prefer facts on this, not your crystal ball?
How about you write something like this;
It's highly unlikely that the options will be in the money, come expiry on 13 Feb 2013. Best of luck to all option holders. I feel your pain as I hold 100,000 of these myself.
