what corporate governance? What’s wrong with this mob? Don’t they ever learn the need to inform the market from their problems with ASIC? More than a month ago, Dr M told shareholders the filter was ready for fixing and testing, still no announcement!

They paid MHI the underwriting fee of more than $1.5M for taking up convertible bonds. CMQ should have the conversion price and amount of bond issued and have yet to inform the market. Any company worth its salt would have informed the market so that shareholders know the possible dilution of their shares.

Perhaps they are indeed having problems with the filter and waiting for any good news to come along for them to balance the bad news!
