re: what corporate governance? Not likely to be 90 days term! The first sale announcement was made on 12 May with the shipments occuring between 20April (APVMA license) and 12 May. Sale receipts were reported for period ending April and May, thus indicating payment terms were unlikely to exceed 30 days! API building out of action from 12 May to 20 May. Any shipment IF AT ALL would be in June but it will be out of character for Dr M not to have polished that news out in his newsletter to shareholders.
