Thanks guys but I assure you, I just got lucky.

Two points of interest...are the deals benefitial to the people and are they within the laws of puntland?

1. In the current financial crisis, oil exploration offers one of the only ways for Pres Farole's Gov. to meet his economic policy commitments. For Puntlanders to receive the things we take for granted like hospital, education, security, infrastructure and wages, the Government will need money, and lots of it.

2. We know the agreements are lawful as they were passed by the Puntland Parliament.
