Would be extremely disappointed if upgrade took more than 2-4 weeks to bed down to 80-90% recovery and 6-8 weeks to projected output completely.
The only issue should be the right "mix" of ore stream, flotation reagents and filtering capacity.
Pumps, piping, and electrics changes are "as you find them" incremental changes to ore stream flows.
C'mon fellows, we really really want to know what is going on.
