Good morning passengers
I have not posted for a while as I have taken time to reflect on all perspectives including those of IndianOceanGuy and Macleod. Holders who have obviously been burnt in the past and who have a right to vent. I rang Maria on thursday and put to her many of the views on hotcopper as well as some questions I myself have. These questions are in no specific order nor are they posted word for word. I have done my best to paraphrase from memory:

1 What are the prospects of mining in the near future?
None - our goal is to sure up the resource

2 What is the estimated total cost of he jv worth?
With ports and mining up around 200-300 mill mark

3 What is happening with the proceeds from the rights issue?
That money will stay in australia for admin costs

I responded by asking to pay directors salaries?
Refer to q3 for answer

4 What is happening with the sale of i/o and mining pieces?
There are issues with the chilean central bank was Maria's response. She would not go any further on this point

5 What happens if the sale of the low grade ore and mining pieces falls through?
There will need to be a capital raisning to sure up resources

6 I asked more share dilution?
Maria responded wait and see if the sale goes ahead

7 What about past ann's not coming to fruition. There have been a lot.
Circumstances have been out of our control

So what do I think? I am the first to admit I believe the ady story. However, I am now a little more cautious than before. I do not want to see this become another cvi and shareholders get burnt which is why after much deliberation I decided to post my thoughts. For me personally I am going to wait and see just a few weeks if they sell their ore and mining pieces. If they do that will be my trigger to keep buying. If not I am not to proud to admit those who have doubts were right to do so.
