How can you make a statement like the one you have.
I feel that the management team will always work hard and push for what is in the best interests of the company and shareholders.
If these directors had the best interests of shareholders, they wouldn't have voted for free shares to themselves at the AGM when the consensus was very clear by share holders NO to the free shares.
Thy are paid for what they are worth, if they are not happy with the pay offered then move on, they had a clear answer from share holders, yet they disregarded share holders in every way.
