-i asked the exact same question some months ago, and someone pointed out that appendix3b is a short summary not mentioning seychelles, but within the annual financial reports it is clearly stated as the exert here shows.. i have been going thru a bit of the history with whn, and it is true.. the 250mill oppies did go thru general meeting voting procedure and it was specific to Seychelles... in the initial announcements for the initial seychelles acquisition it mentioned 31 december 2012, but when it came up for the meeting and voting procedure it was then stated as 31 december 2013, and has been stated as such ever since..
-so unless it has been voted in the meantime to encompass all whn projects, they could not issue those oppies just like that, on anything other than 50% or $10mill farmout of Seychelles tenements which is completed (?) before 31 december 2013, or if the sp is at least 10c for 10 days also before that date... besides if that happened we would all be going ballistic and they would hav some form of small shareholders revolt on their hands.. haha..
