The market was trading last at 4.7c, who wouldn't grab a piece for 3.5c? even if you can sell them at 3.8c or so, that's still a 10% profit on capital for doin jack.

If AYN's prospects were any good, they should be able to get investors to pay premiums to the market price. Especially given the silver price... it should of been darn EASY to have john-come-latelies pay to buy a stake in the company.

Management = FAIL.
