    Hate to say it vish but it sounds like you are right. Don't think AVQ can or would walk away from it but trying to work out what the n) Liberty to Apply is. Think it's just their advise on application. Whole thing stinks to high heaven. People have been saying all along this is the Wild West. Any chance of contesting this?
