Yes couldn't agree more with you and Simon's comments. People think it's easy to build a mine or expand a mine and think it can be done overnight.
I think what we will see in the next 6 months is a change of people on the registry from those stale who have been burnt and do not believe in the story any more finishing up their sells (as exemplified in recent broker data) backed by institutions that understand the eventual wave of demand that will seemingly be unable to be satiated.
