Sorry, can someone explain what this whole Cape Lambert / substantial holder / substantial holder / receivers thing is all abouty and what it has to do with NIP? I didn't think one entity could own 40%? Sounds like a take-over??
....and can you also explain why CEO's can't just post a summary of these events to shareholders via ASX ANN's rather than have us try to decipher 30 pages of badly photocopied nothingness that we can never hope to understand anyway.
