Dudes, you assume that the directors will do the right thing with the money they get. Investing in Biofuels may not be the most profitable approach at the moment. While NTA is great, the share price may stay below even with cash in the bank. And this is were the takeover may occur. Somebody, usually an management led buyout group to privatise or associated friends, buys for less than NTA. Dude be careful. I have done averaging also and learnt from my mistakes - only do it if the company has fair dinkum management with a vested interest and vialble prospects. And sorry to say this management are somewhat on the nose at the moment with what they did with the crown jewels and prospects are less than viable at the moment as, and correct me if i am wrong, but just prospects and plans for something.
