I just did a calculation and came up with following numbers:

$13 million dollar needed for the acquisition with 400,000,000 shares to be issued.
    $13,000,000 / 400,000,000 = 0.03 per share!

However we know that the company raised $1,890,000 by issuing 87 million shares today. So:

    $13,000,000 – $1,890,000 = $11,110,000 left to raise
    400,000,000 – 87,000,000 = 313,000,000 left to issue (give or take)

    11,110,000 / 313,000,000 = $0.036

This means the company has to sell the rest of the shares AT or ABOVE $0.036. They can’t afford to sell anything below 0.036

    Conclusion:
We should see a lot of press releases with good news, in next 60 days. Otherwise they can’t fund the acquisition.

Now look at today’s trade analysis:

    40 trades- 9659691 shares @ 0.022-worth $212,513
    144 trades- 32807417 shares @ 0.023-worth $754,571
    92 trades - 30088309 shares @ 0.024-worth $722,119
    39 trades -10430500 shares @ 0.025-worth $260,763
    174 trades -39441201 shares @ 0.026-worth $1,025,471
    118 trades -33798871 shares @ 0.027-worth $912,570
    17 trades – 3033000 shares @ 0.028-worth $84,924

    HOPE THIS HELP. ;)
