Interesting about the lack of pulse pharmacies.
That's the problem i suppose with an exclusivity deal.
If there are no shops near by, walk by exposure is diminished, and although it is online, i believe a lot of impulse buying occurs in shops.
Anyway there's no way around it, maybe Pulse will need to expand and open more outlets to keep up with the demand for elixia :).
